Everything needed to track safely is free. Paid tiers add convenience and collaboration.
Free needs no purchase. Upgrades happen inside the app once it is available.
Free
Protocols and schedules, reminders and notification health, route-aware logging, Today and history, inventory with expiry and beyond-use warnings, progress for the last 30 days, the reviewed library, export, and account deletion. No time limit and no cap on protocols.
Individual Pro
In the current build, Individual Pro adds:
- Supply forecasting: how many planned occurrences each container covers, a projected run-out date, and low-supply and shortage warnings on the inventory list and item pages.
- Progress views beyond 30 days, up to 90 days.
Planned and not yet built: adjustable warning thresholds, advanced reports, custom fields and themes, multi-device conveniences, and integrations. They are not part of what you would buy today.
Household Pro
Everything in Individual Pro for two adults, plus:
- A household invitation with per-scope sharing that each person controls.
- Delegated logging by the partner, always attributed.
- Alerts to the partner about unresolved items, with per-protocol opt-out.
Ending a subscription removes collaboration and convenience features and never deletes either person's history.
