Exact alarms on Android

Android 12 and later may deliver reminders late unless exact alarms are allowed.

Open Notification health and tap "Allow exact timing" to open the system setting for this app. On Android 14 the setting is off by default for new installs.

With exact alarms denied, reminders can arrive up to an hour late and may be deferred while the device sleeps. The health screen shows which mode is active.
